Delray Beach is gearing up for its biggest event of the year! The popular, Delray Beach Christmas Tree Lighting is taking place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 6 PM – 9 PM. This event kicks off the holiday festivities in Delray Beach that will continue all the way up to the new year.
And the good thing is, after the tree lighting event itself, you can still enjoy the 100 foot Christmas Tree each night and the holiday village around it at the Old School Square.
Note: this tree lighting takes place on the same day as the Worth Avenue Christmas Tree Lighting in Palm Beach so make sure to check out the details for both if you’re deciding between them.

Not only will you witness Santa high up in the air, lighting the 100 ft. Christmas tree, you’ll also be able to enjoy the Yuletide Street Festival happening at the Old School Square and food trucks on Swinton Ave.
Don’t forget you can also shop at over 60 vendors down Atlantic Ave., Old School Square, and Pineapple Grove. There will also be silent disco, 3 entertainment stages, LED games, musical performances, crafts, and more.
